  • Are you registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Public Utilities Commission? Yes, this is required. Zinia Limousines & Sedans is a fully licensed livery service with California’s Public Utilities Commission TCP25971.

  • Are you insured? Zinia Limousine and Sedan is insured up to one million dollars in liability.

  • How do I setup a reservation? Reservations can be made by calling us at (415) 863-3857 or emailing us at zinialimo @

  • When does the hourly rate start? Unlike other companies who start the clock when the limo leaves the base, our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep. It ends at your final destination.

  • What is your cancellation policy? Once we reserve the vehicle for your exclusive use, we cannot market that vehicle to anyone else, thus we do not offer refunds. We will issue a gift certificate, for the full value of your payment, for your use in the future. For VIP customers we will simply charge for one hour in case of cancellation.

  • How are your chauffeurs dressed? Our chauffeurs are professionally attired, dressed in dark suits or coat and tie.

  • Do you have a minimum number of hours? Yes, our minimum is 3 hours for standard hire. One way transfers and VIP clients have a 2 hour minimum. Airport runs are priced at a flat rate.

  • Can we book your vehicles for less than 3 hours? For special rates and quotes, please call or email us.

  • What are other terms and conditions? If a vehicle breakdown occurs or the vehicle is tardy, the client will be compensated by making up the time at the end of the charter or reimbursing the client solely for the actual time the vehicle is inoperable or tardy. Zinia Limousines & Sedan also reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another provided it is the same or equal size/fare value.
